एयर फोर्स कॉमन एडमिशन टेस्ट (AFCAT) भारतीय वायुसेना द्वारा आयोजित एक राष्ट्रीय स्तर की प्रवेश परीक्षा है, जो वायुसेना में ऑफिसर पदों पर भर्ती के लिए आयोजित की जाती है। यह परीक्षा फ्लाइंग ब्रांच, ग्राउंड ड्यूटी (टेक्निकल और नॉन-टेक्निकल) और अन्य शाखाओं में उम्मीदवारों को चयनित करने का एक माध्यम है। इस परीक्षा का उद्देश्य योग्य, प्रेरित और प्रतिभाशाली युवाओं को भारतीय वायुसेना में शामिल करना है।

AFCAT परीक्षा का पैटर्न :
AFCAT की परीक्षा में सामान्य ज्ञान, मौखिक योग्यता, संख्यात्मक योग्यता और तर्कशक्ति के प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं। इस परीक्षा को 2 घंटे के भीतर हल करना होता है और इसमें कुल 100 प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं। हर सही उत्तर के लिए 3 अंक दिए जाते हैं और गलत उत्तर के लिए 1 अंक की काटा जाता है। तकनीकी शाखा के उम्मीदवारों के लिए इंजीनियरिंग नॉलेज टेस्ट भी होता है।
