पटना उच्च न्यायालय का परिचय
पटना उच्च न्यायालय (Patna High Court) बिहार राज्य का उच्चतम न्यायिक संस्थान है। यह न्यायालय भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 214 के तहत स्थापित किया गया है और इसे भारतीय न्यायपालिका की प्रमुख संस्थाओं में से एक माना जाता है। पटना उच्च न्यायालय का मुख्यालय बिहार की राजधानी पटना में स्थित है। यह न्यायालय न्यायिक स्वतंत्रता, निष्पक्षता और कानून के शासन के सिद्धांतों का पालन करता है।
इतिहास
पटना उच्च न्यायालय की स्थापना 3 फ़रवरी 1916 को की गई थी और 1 मार्च 1916 से इसने विधिवत कार्य करना प्रारंभ किया। इसे ब्रिटिश भारत के दौरान बंगाल प्रेसीडेंसी के विभाजन के बाद बनाया गया था। तत्कालीन वायसराय लॉर्ड हार्डिंग ने इसकी नींव रखी थी। इसके पहले मुख्य न्यायाधीश सर एडवर्ड मेयरे थे।
इस न्यायालय की स्थापना से पहले, बिहार और उड़ीसा के मामलों की सुनवाई कलकत्ता उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा की जाती थी। लेकिन जब 1912 में बिहार और उड़ीसा को बंगाल से अलग कर एक नया प्रांत बनाया गया, तब एक अलग उच्च न्यायालय की आवश्यकता महसूस हुई। परिणामस्वरूप, 1916 में पटना उच्च न्यायालय की स्थापना की गई।
संरचना और क्षेत्राधिकार
पटना उच्च न्यायालय में मुख्य न्यायाधीश (Chief Justice) और अन्य न्यायाधीश होते हैं, जिनकी संख्या समय-समय पर बढ़ती या घटती रहती है। यह न्यायालय बिहार राज्य के सभी जिलों और अधीनस्थ न्यायालयों के मामलों की सुनवाई करता है।
इस न्यायालय का क्षेत्राधिकार (Jurisdiction) उच्चतम न्यायालय के बाद सर्वोच्च होता है। यह न केवल दीवानी (Civil) और आपराधिक (Criminal) मामलों की सुनवाई करता है, बल्कि संवैधानिक और प्रशासनिक मामलों पर भी निर्णय देता है। यह न्यायालय उन मामलों को भी देखता है, जिनमें मौलिक अधिकारों (Fundamental Rights) के उल्लंघन की शिकायत की जाती है।

इस भर्ती मे न्यूनतम एजुकेशन सरकार कि किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से न्यूनतम 12th परीक्षा पास कर लेनी चहिए। अभ्यर्थियों के पास उत्तीर्ण प्रमाणपत्र होना चाहिए।
