राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय
राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय, भारत के राजस्थान राज्य का शीर्ष न्यायालय है। इसकी स्थापना 21 जून 1949 को हुई थी। इसका मुख्यालय जोधपुर में स्थित है, और इसका एक खंडपीठ जयपुर में भी है। यह न्यायालय भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 214 के तहत स्थापित किया गया है और यह राज्य के न्यायिक मामलों की अंतिम अदालत है।
इतिहास
राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय की स्थापना राजस्थान राज्य के गठन के बाद हुई। राजस्थान के एकीकरण से पहले, विभिन्न रियासतों में अलग-अलग उच्च न्यायालय थे। जैसे, जोधपुर, जयपुर, बीकानेर और उदयपुर के अपने-अपने न्यायालय थे। इन सभी न्यायालयों को मिलाकर राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय का गठन किया गया।
इस न्यायालय के पहले मुख्य न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति कमल कांत वर्मा थे। न्यायालय का मुख्यालय जोधपुर में स्थापित किया गया, जो राजस्थान का ऐतिहासिक और सांस्कृतिक केंद्र है। जयपुर में स्थित खंडपीठ राज्य की राजधानी के न्यायिक मामलों को सुगमता से संभालने के लिए स्थापित की गई।
संरचना और कार्य
राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय में मुख्य न्यायाधीश और अन्य न्यायाधीश शामिल होते हैं। न्यायाधीशों की नियुक्ति भारत के राष्ट्रपति द्वारा की जाती है, जिसमें भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश और राज्यपाल की सलाह शामिल होती है।
इस न्यायालय के पास अपीलीय और मौलिक दोनों प्रकार के अधिकार हैं। यह संविधान के तहत नागरिक अधिकारों की सुरक्षा, राज्य सरकार के कार्यों की समीक्षा, और प्रशासनिक मामलों के समाधान के लिए जिम्मेदार है। इसके अलावा, यह आपराधिक और दीवानी मामलों में भी न्याय करता है।
