संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (Union Public Service Commission – UPSC) भारत सरकार की एक संवैधानिक संस्था है, जो विभिन्न केंद्रीय सेवाओं और उच्च पदों के लिए परीक्षाओं का आयोजन करती है। इसका गठन भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 315 के तहत किया गया है। UPSC का मुख्य उद्देश्य केंद्र सरकार के तहत आने वाली सिविल सेवाओं में योग्य और सक्षम व्यक्तियों का चयन करना है।
UPSC की संरचना और कार्य
UPSC का मुख्यालय नई दिल्ली में है। आयोग के अध्यक्ष और अन्य सदस्यों की नियुक्ति भारत के राष्ट्रपति द्वारा की जाती है। आयोग का मुख्य कार्य सिविल सेवा परीक्षा, इंजीनियरिंग सेवा परीक्षा, रक्षा सेवा परीक्षा, और अन्य सरकारी परीक्षाओं का आयोजन करना है। यह नियुक्तियों में निष्पक्षता और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करता है।
सिविल सेवा परीक्षा (CSE)
UPSC की सबसे प्रसिद्ध परीक्षा सिविल सेवा परीक्षा है। इसके माध्यम से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (IAS), भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (IPS), भारतीय विदेश सेवा (IFS), और अन्य प्रतिष्ठित सेवाओं के लिए चयन किया जाता है। यह परीक्षा तीन चरणों में होती है:
- प्रारंभिक परीक्षा (Prelims): इसमें दो पेपर होते हैं – सामान्य अध्ययन (General Studies) और सिविल सेवा एप्टीट्यूड टेस्ट (CSAT)। यह केवल स्क्रीनिंग के लिए होती है।
- मुख्य परीक्षा (Mains): इसमें 9 लिखित पेपर होते हैं, जिनमें चार सामान्य अध्ययन के पेपर, एक निबंध, और दो वैकल्पिक विषयों के पेपर शामिल होते हैं।
- साक्षात्कार (Interview): यह अंतिम चरण है, जिसमें अभ्यर्थी की व्यक्तित्व, ज्ञान और प्रशासनिक योग्यता का आकलन किया जाता है।
परीक्षा की तैयारी
UPSC की परीक्षा देश की सबसे कठिन परीक्षाओं में से एक मानी जाती है। इसे पास करने के लिए व्यापक ज्ञान, दृढ़ संकल्प, और सही रणनीति की आवश्यकता होती है। उम्मीदवारों को निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में विशेष ध्यान देना चाहिए:

अभी इस विभाग में UPSC CDS II Online Form 2025 की 453 भर्ती निकली है जो 28 मई 2025 से 17 जून 2025 तक उसके आवेदन करना होगा। इस भर्ती में आवेदक की फीस लागू नहीं है जो कि समान्य , अन्य पिछणा वर्ग के लिए 200 /- है और एस.सी./ एस.टी. 0/- मात्र है । जो इन्टरनेट बैंकीग , यूपीआई, क्रेडिट कार्ड या डेबिट कार्ड के माध्यम से शुल्क जामा कर सकते है।
इस भर्ती मे न्यूनतम एजुकेशन सरकार कि किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से न्यूनतम Bachelor Degree परीक्षा पास कर लेनी चहिए। अभ्यर्थियों के पास उत्तीर्ण प्रमाणपत्र होना चाहिए।
