संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (UPSC) सरकारी विभाग है जो एक विशेष परीक्षा करवा के प्रशासनिक पदों की भर्ती करता है संघ लोक सेवा आयोग जिसे Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) भी कहा जाता है यह केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा चलाया जाता है।
इस परिक्षा की फीस न के बराबर ही होती है। यह विभाग सिविल परीक्षा के आलावा कई प्रकार की परीक्षा करवाता है। संघ लोक सेवा आयोग की स्थापना 1 अक्टूबर 1926 को भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 315 के तहत किया गया था। इसे ‘पब्लिक सर्विस कमिशन’ के रूप में जाना जाता था बाद में इसे ‘संघ लोक सेवा आयोग’ नाम से जाना जाता है।
अभी इस UPSC Geo Scientist Recruitment 2024 विभाग में COMBINED GEO-SCIENTIST EXAMINATION की भर्ती निकली है जो 04 सितम्बर 2024 से 20 सितम्बर 2024 तक उसके आवेदन करना होगा। इस भर्ती में आवेदक की फीस लागू नहीं है जो कि समान्य , अन्य पिछणा वर्ग के लिए 200 /- है और एस.सी./ एस.टी. 0/- मात्र है । जो इन्टरनेट बैंकीग , यूपीआई, क्रेडिट कार्ड या डेबिट कार्ड के माध्यम से शुल्क जामा कर सकते है।
इस भर्ती मे न्यूनतम एजुकेशन सरकार कि किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से न्यूनतम स्नातक परीक्षा पास कर लेनी चहिए। अभ्यर्थियों के पास उत्तीर्ण प्रमाणपत्र होना चाहिए।
