दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय भारत के प्रतिष्ठित उच्च न्यायालयों में से एक है, जिसकी स्थापना 31 अक्टूबर 1966 को की गई थी। यह न्यायालय भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 214 के तहत स्थापित किया गया है और राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के न्यायिक मामलों की सुनवाई करता है। दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय का मुख्यालय नई दिल्ली में स्थित है और यह देश के सबसे महत्वपूर्ण न्यायालयों में से एक है।
संरचना और संगठन
दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय में एक मुख्य न्यायाधीश (Chief Justice) और अन्य सहायक न्यायाधीश होते हैं। न्यायाधीशों की नियुक्ति भारत के राष्ट्रपति द्वारा की जाती है, जो भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश और संबंधित राज्यपालों की सलाह से होती है। न्यायालय का कार्यभार मुख्य रूप से दो भागों में बंटा होता है: सिविल और आपराधिक मामलों की सुनवाई।
कार्यक्षेत्र और अधिकार
दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के पास अपीलीय, मौलिक और न्यायिक समीक्षा की शक्तियाँ हैं। यह न्यायालय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 226 और 227 के तहत मौलिक अधिकारों की सुरक्षा और विधायी एवं कार्यकारी कार्रवाइयों की न्यायिक समीक्षा का अधिकार रखता है। उच्च न्यायालय का अधिकार क्षेत्र दिल्ली राज्य और केंद्र शासित प्रदेश के भीतर सभी न्यायालयों और न्यायाधिकरणों तक फैला हुआ है।
अभी इस विभाग Delhi High Court HJS Recruitment 2024 में Higher Judicial Service भर्ती के 51 पदों की भर्ती निकली है जो 27 दिसंबर 2024 से 10 जनवरी 2025 तक उसके आवेदन करना होगा। इस भर्ती में न्यूनतम 35 साल और अधिकतम 40 साल की उम्र मांगी गई है। इस भर्ती में आवेदक की फीस 2000/- रूपये मात्र है जो कि समान्य , अन्य पिछणा वर्ग के लिए लागू है और एस.सी./ एस.टी. फीस 500/- रूपये मात्र है। जो इन्टरनेट बैंकीग , यूपीआई, क्रेडिट कार्ड या डेबिट कार्ड के माध्यम से शुल्क जामा कर सकते है।
इस भर्ती मे न्यूनतम एजुकेशन सरकार कि किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से न्यूनतम Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) परीक्षा पास कर लेनी चहिए। अभ्यर्थियों के पास उत्तीर्ण प्रमाणपत्र होना चाहिए।
